As part of the nursing faculty at PCC, I have the opportunity to help train future nurses to serve the Lord in various capacities. One unique way is through medical missions. Over the past five years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead mission teams to several South American countries. Through these mission trips, I’ve seen firsthand how the Lord uses medicine to reach lost souls and support the local church. It’s been such a blessing to work with missionaries and local pastors in fulfilling the Great Commission, and it’s been such a joy to have a small part in helping my team member see catch the vision and burden for worldwide medical missions.
